## About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Systems Engineer to join our forward-thinking product engineering team. This role is pivotal in shaping our design infrastructure and ensuring a seamless, scalable, and cohesive design experience across our products. You'll collaborate with designers and developers to build and maintain a robust design system that enhances consistency, efficiency, and innovation.

## What you'll do

### Develop & Maintain

Lead the creation and evolution of our design system — component libraries, design tokens, and documentation — to ensure consistency across platforms.

### Collaborate

Work closely with UX/UI designers, front‑end developers, and product teams to integrate design system components and ensure seamless implementation.

### Standardize

Establish and enforce design standards, guidelines, and best practices to streamline processes and enhance product quality.

### Innovate

Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve and evolve the design system.

### Educate

Provide training and support to ensure proper usage and foster a culture of design excellence.

## Who you are

### Experienced

5+ years in design systems engineering (or related), with a proven track record building and scaling systems.

### Technical

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and tools such as Figma and Adobe.

### Detail‑Oriented

Deep understanding of design principles, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility standards.

### Collaborative

Excellent communication; able to bridge design and engineering teams.

### Problem Solver

Analytical, pragmatic, and focused on solutions that are user‑friendly and technically sound.
